AutoMemoir is an AI-powered memoir application that helps users record, preserve, and publish their life stories through voice conversation. The service includes:
You retain full ownership of the life stories, memories, and personal content you share through AutoMemoir ("Your Content"). By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the AutoMemoir service to you.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Do not share sensitive information you would not want stored digitally.

AutoMemoir offers a free tier and optional paid subscription plans. Paid features are currently in development.
When subscription purchases become available, they will be processed through Apple's App Store using Apple's in-app purchase system. All billing, refunds, and subscription management will be handled by Apple in accordance with their terms.
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.
The AutoMemoir app, its design, logo, and AI-generated formatting and structure are owned by AutoMemoir. Your Content remains yours. AutoMemoir's name, branding, and technology may not be copied or used without written permission.
AutoMemoir is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be perfectly accurate.
AI-generated memoir content is based on what you share in conversation. It is your responsibility to review and verify the accuracy of generated content before sharing or publishing it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoMemoir shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Your use of AutoMemoir is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You may stop using AutoMemoir at any time and delete your account via the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of AutoMemoir after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction where AutoMemoir operates.
